Fixed issue where golf hole caused camera to lose control under certain conditions

Fixed load next level procedure that was disabling intro, among other level loading bugs.

Fixed golf ball going out of bounds in later levels. 

Fixed golf ball material not being rendered.

Fixed issue where player couldn't visualize health regen.

Fixed WebGL cropping the view.
